Dear Resident:
On Monday, September 19, 1988, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the Hearing Room at
the Platte River Power Authority*, located at the corner of Timberline Road
and Horsetooth Road, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a
public information meeting on a proposed development in your neighborhood
known as PUD Master Plan for Horsetooth - Timberline Properties.
The applicants are proposing a 32 acre master plan for a neighborhood service
center, office, commercial and light industrial uses. The proposed project is
located at the southwest corner of Horsetooth Road and Timberline Road.
The purpose of the September 19 meeting is to present the proposed develop-
ment plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive
comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would
strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written
comments may be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood
meeting (those persons living within a minimum 500 feet of the development
site), is derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office.
Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
