HomeMy WebLinkAboutHANSEN MINOR SUBDIVISION - 80-88 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONMINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING HANSEN MINOR SUBDIVISION PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT #80-88 WHEREAS, the applicants, R.M. Hansen and Carol M. Hansen, have duly followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and have submitted their application for Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: A parcel of land located in the northwest quarter, of the northeast quarter, of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, posting of a sign on the property, and publication of a legal notification in a daily newspaper of general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Tuesday, October 18, 1988, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room, for establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The minor subdivision now known as The Hansen Subdivision be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City of Fort Collins for streets and utilities. B. The lot in this subdivision fronts on a dedicated right-of-way. C.
