Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, October 18, 1988, at 1:30 P.M., in the Planning Department Con-
ference Room, City Hall West*, the Planning Director will hear the request for
approval of the Hansen Minor Subdivision.
The Hansen Minor Subdivision is a request to plat one lot at 720 East Stuart
for the purpose of building a single family home. The lot is currently vacant.
As a requirement of the City Code, the lot must be a part of a recordable
subdivision plat in order to apply for a building permit.
The subdivision request is being processed and reviewed in accordance with
City Ordinance 113-87.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
