HomeMy WebLinkAboutLEMAY AVENUE FIRST ANNEXATION & ZONING - 81-88, A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGt Services Planning Department January 6, 1989 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, January 23, 1989*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold a public hearing on proposed annexations and zonings in your neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Lemay Avenue First Annexation and Zoning, Case Number 81-88, A and Lemay Avenue Second Annexation and Zoning, Case Number 82-88, A. The first annexation is a request to annex 3.6 acres, which consists of right-of-way for Lemay Avenue and zone the property b-p, planned business. The second annexation is a request to annex 6.2 acres of Lemay Avenue right-of-way and zone the property b-p, planned business. The projects are located along Lemay Avenue from the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks to Mulberry Street and from Mulberry Street to Lincoln Avenue. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
