Enclosed is the letter we sent to Steve setting out the
conditions to include on the Site Plan as you requested. The
only condition that appeared on Resolution 89-54 from the
February 28, 1989 Council meeting was that the business permitted
as an accessory use remain limited to an antique business to be
operated solely by the occupant of the principle residence
situated on the premises. However, we know it was intended that
the other conditions previously discussed were to be included.
Therefore, they have been added to the list for purposes of the
Site Plan.
If, upon your review of the attached, you have any

We are sure you are anxious to proceed with the plans of the
antique shop and we have spoken with Sherry Albertson -Clark at
City Planning regarding the conditions listed below which need to
be added to the site plan.
.1.. Business permitted as an accessory use to be limited to
an antique business to be operated solely by the occupant of the
principal residence situated on the premises and limited to one
other employee.
2. The antique business use would be limited to the
proposed 528 square foot addition.
3. No exterior storage of material or equipment used for
the business is permitted.
4. Parking limited to three spaces in front of the addition
and two additional parking spaces at the west edge of the
property, along Magnolia, for occupant's own use.
Tn addition, Sherry mentioned a storm drainage report and
plan which needs to be completed before you can pull a building
permit. 'Though Sherry indicated that she discussed this with you
at your initial meeting with the Planning Department, if you have
questions, please give us a call.
We are finalizing the bill. for attorney fees for this matter
and forwarding it directly to Linda Plasters as you requested.
