Dear Lloyd:
It has come to my attention that the I-L Site Plan Review for
Schwinzell's Diesel has not been completed. The date of the last correspon-
dence on this project was November 4, 1988. At that time, the items remain-
ing for completion were related to storm drainage and included a cost estimate
for construction of off -site drainage facilities. To my knowledge, these items
have not been completed.
Please let me know what your intentions are with respect to this project, so
that I may either schedule the administrative hearing or close out the project
file.
