HomeMy WebLinkAbout1629 BLUE SPRUCE DRIVE - I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW - 90-88 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISION40 6 I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING 1629 BLUE SPRUCE DRIVE PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER --90-88 WHEREAS, the applicant, VJ Properties, has duly followed the City proce- dure for the I-L (Limited Industrial) Site Plan Review as outlined in Section 29-367 and Section 29-513 of the City Code and has submitted their application for an I-L Site Plan for the following described property, to wit: Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 2, of Replat Number 1 of Evergreen Park Subdii'i- sion, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-513 including the publication of legal notification in the local newspaper with daily, general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Assistant Director of Planning held a public hearing Tuesday, November 8, 1988, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department Conference Room, New City Hall, for the purpose of reviewing the I-L site Plan application and for the purpose of establishing a vested right under the provision of Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The I-L Site Plan Review, known as 1629 Blue Spruce Drive be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Assistant Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposed uses (office, laboratory, museum, wareyard) are permitted uses in the Limited Industrial Zone District. B.
