Staff has reviewed the Orchard Annexation and Zoning #93-88A, and has the
following comments:
1. Provide a vicinity map on the annexation plat.
Show existing structures and street names.
3. Add the following signature block to the annexation plat:
APPROVED AS TO FORM:
City Engineer
4. The petition needs a notarized "Cjrculator Signature".
5. Please provide a statement as to why annexation and zoning is being
requested.
6. The Parks and Recreation Department would like to meet with the owner
and/or developer to discuss the possibility of a neighborhood park sonic -
where in the Clarendon Hills master plan area.
This concludes staff comments at this time, please let me know if there arc
any problems in meeting the following deadlines:
Plan revisions are due November 23, 1988
10 prints are due December 12, 1988
Final mylars are due December 15, 1988
