Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
December 19, 1988*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", New City Hall, will
hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in your neighborhood.
The proposed project is commonly known as Orchard Annexation and Zoning, Case
Number 93-88,A.
The applicants are seeking approval to annex and zone 6.0 acres to R-L-P, Low
Density Planned Residential. The proposed annexation and zoning is located on the
east side of South Shields Street, south of Harmony Road and south and east of
Clarendon Hills Subdivision.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
