Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, March 14, 1989, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the C.I.C. Room, City
Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the staff of the Planning Department will
hold a public information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The development proposal is known as Fossil Creek Design
Center PUD, Case Number 94-88A.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed extension of Snead Drive
to Fossil Creek Parkway. The staff would strongly urge you to attend this
meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meet-
ing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because
of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because or
rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neigh-
bors may have the opportunity to attend.
