Subject: CARPET EXCHANGE PUD Sender: Connie SMITH / CFC52/01 Contents: 2. TO: Linda RIPLEY / CFC52/01 Part 1. FROM: Warren JONES / CFC52/01 Connie SMITH / CFC52/01 TO: Linda RIPLEY / CFC52/01 Part 2. I have again reviewed this project and my original comments still apply. If the access situation unfolds as you described, the only new issue is that the parking lot turning radius in the area of the west fire hydrant does not pro- vide the required 20' inside and 40' outside turning radius. This would be required if the north access point is abandoned. As we discussed, it would be helpful if the developer will indicate if the building is to have a fire sprinkler system. Given the size and configuration of the building, I expect it will be. The fire hydrant locations are okay as shown but must be connected to the 14" main to provide adequate fire flow. Approved "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" signs must be posted at each end of the parking islands on the west side. End of Item 1.
