On December 19. 1988 The Planning and Zoning Board approved the above
referenced project, with the two following conditions:
1. The applicant meets with a representative group of both the Fairway
Estates and Fossil Creek Meadows neighborhoods in an attempt to resolve
their concerns, prior to final hearing.
?. Storm drainage and natural resources concerns are resolved to the satisfact-
ion of City Staff prior to final hearing.
