DAVIS I UNDERSTAND THE SCHEDULE THAT YOU HAD GIVEN ME IN YOUR OCTOBER 14TH LETTER HAS AGAIN BEEN DELAYED FOR ANOTHER 30 DAYS AS THE ISSUE REGARDING OUR PROPERTY COULD NOT BE RESOLVED AT THE P&Z BOARD MEETING DUE TO A LACK OF POSTING TIME. THE CITY CONTINUES TO CAUSE ME FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AT A COST OF APPROXMIATLY $1500 PER MONTH OUT OF POCKET PLUS THE CASH I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED FROM THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY. I AM REQUESTING THAT I BE REIMBURSED FOR MY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES OF $1500 PER MONTH BEGINNING IN SEPTEMBER 1988 UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED BY LEASE, RESERVATION, OR UNTIL ANOTHER BUYER CAN BE FOUND TO REPLACE THE LOST CUSTOMER DUE TO THIS 4 GOING ON 5 MONTH OLD PROBLEM. I CAN NOT PROCEED AT THIS TIME WITH ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO SELL THE PROPERTY UNTIL A DECISION IS MADE BY THE CITY AS THE CORRESPONDENCE AND INTENT OF THE CITY REGARDING THE PROPERTY MAKES IT NON MARKETABLE.
