BUILDING PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT --96-88 WHEREAS, the applicant, Vestla Corporation, has duly followed the Cite procedure for I-L, (Limited Industrial) Site Plan Review- as outlined in Section 29-367 and Section 29-513 of the City Code and has submitted their application for an I-L Site Plan Review for the following described property, to wit: Lots 2 Through 6, Block 5, Evergreen Park Subdivision, First Replat, City of Fort Collins, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-513 including the publication of legal notification in a daily newspaper of general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Thursday, November 10, 1988, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room, New City Hall for the purpose of reviewing the minor subdivision request and for establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The I-L Site Plan Review, known as the Vestla - G.S.A. Building, be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal use (office and manufacturing) is a permitted use in the Limited Industrial Zone District. B.
