Dear Mr. Gordy:

This letter is to serve as a reminder that a construction project is underway
in your neighborhood. The project is known as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Ser-
vice Office Building and is located in the Golden Meadows Business Park at
4512 McMurray Avenue. This location is at the southeast corner of McMurray
Avenue and Monte Carlo Drive. The building will be constructed by Empire
Development and leased to the General Services Administration.
The building will be a three story office structure with a small wareyard for
vehicles. The building will also contain laboratory facilities. The site is
2.28 acres and the building will total 43,933 square feet.
A footing and foundation permit has already been issued by the Building
Department and a full building permit was issued on June 1, 1989 for the bal-
ance of the structure. This latter permit is a "revocable" permit in that the
Building Department retains the right to withhold inspection approvals until all
plans and documents are complete.
The building is located on Lots 1, 2, 3, and the north 25 feet of Lot 4 of the
Golden Meadows Business Park. The zoning is I-P, Industrial Park.
