Dear Floyd,
Afterhavinq reviewed the plans for the U.S. Fish and Uildlife
Service Office Buildinq located in the Golden Meadows Business Park,
I am writing_ to voice the concern of the Golden Meadows Homeowners
Association (GMHA) reqardinq the 50 foot x 60 foot warevard for
vehicles.
GMHA does not feel the cyclone and barbed wire fence which is planned
to be used to enclose the warevard is representative of the
neighborhood in which this construction is beinq built. Furthermore_
thereare two other concerns reqardinq the construction of the U.S.
Fish and Uildlife Service Office Buildinq. First, this building is
one of the major entrances into the Golden Meadows residential
community. The cosmetics of this building is important because of
the aesthetic impact it will have on our re5idental community.
Secondly, this building will be setting a presidence to the future
development of the Golden Meadows Business Park. Ue are therefore
asking that the Planning Department does not approve the use of a
cVclone/barbed wire fence for use around the warevard. Our
recommendation is that Empire Development use either a masonry or
wood (or combination) enclosure around the warevard.
GMHA appreciates your attention to our concerns regarding the
warevard for the U.S. fish and Uildlife Service Office Building.
Please let u5 know if we can be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
41"/
