As you may be aware, we are experiencing staff shortages in a number of key departments, which has begun to impact the timeliness of our reviews. As a result, we will be making some temporary service changes.Beginning Monday May 10th one additional week of review time will be added to all 1st and 2nd round submittals (increase from 3 weeks to 4 weeks).Comment Number: 6 Comment Originated: 09/10/202109/10/2021: INFORMATION:LUC 2.211 Lapse, Rounds of Review: Applicants, within one hundred eighty (180) days of receipt of written comments and notice to respond from the Cityon any submittal (or subsequent revision to a submittal) of an application for approval of a development plan, shall file such additional or revised submittal documents as are necessary to address such comments from the City. The use of truncated dome detection in this location the City would be acceptable to not require based on minimal anticipated traffic volumes, but would ultimately defer to the design engineer of record's preference with respect to interpretation of ADA requirements.Comment Number: 5 Comment Originated: 09/07/202109/07/2021: information only:The revision sheets at time of approval should reflect the City's original previous signatures on the utility plan approval block with the City then providing initials on the revision block. It should be noted that the sheets that reflect the Timberline Road capital improvements and the ditch lateral crossing changes aren't technically able to be approved for various reasons that can be a side discussion to this BDR/MA.Topic: MINOR AMENDMENTComment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 09/07/202109/07/2021: information only:The civil plans reflect the use of truncated dome detection on the private drive serving as an alley in its intersection with the public streets. It will be the responsibility of the builder to install services to those transformers. RESPONSE: Increased Utility Easements to 15’ in alley and provided electric/gas layouts that meets separation requirements, this has been coordinated with FCLWD/SFCSD as well. We are comfortable with transformers located along public streets if secondary runs are shorter but wanted to demonstrate that they could be in the alleys as well.Department: Environmental PlanningContact: Scott Benton, (970)4164290, sbenton@fcgov.comTopic: PLAT&MINOR AMENDMENTComment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 09/02/202109/02/2021: No comments.Department: ForestryContact: Molly Roche, 2246161992, mroche@fcgov.comTopic: PLAT & MINOR AMENDMENTComment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 09/07/202109/07/2021: INFORMATION ONLYNo forestry comments.Department: PFAContact: Marcus Glasgow, 9704162869, marcus.glasgow@poudrefire.orgTopic: PLAT & MINOR AMENDMENTComment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 08/27/202108/27/2021: PFA has no comments for the BDR replat.Department: Technical ServicesContact: Jeff County, 9702216588, jcounty@fcgov.comTopic: PLATComment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 09/02/202109/02/2021: FOR FINAL APPROVAL: Please make changes as marked.
