mately 200 feet south of Spring -
wood Drive, City of Fort Collins,
Colorado. The purpose of the
amendment is to correct the
statement of dedication to delete
the reference to the street being
Public. Since the street is pri
vato, the dedication language
will be altered to describe
-a "pri
vale access road and utility ease
ment" rather than a "public
street."
