Dear Property Owner:
On Monday, November 27, 1989, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department Con-
ference Room, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold an
administrative public hearing to consider a subdivision in your neighborhood.
This request if known as The Amended Plat of the Replat of Lot One, South -
moor Village East, Second Filing. The location of the subdivision is on the
east side of Lemay Avenue approximately 200 feet south of Springwood Drive.
The purpose of the amendment is to correct the statement of dedication to
delete the reference to the driveway being a public street. Since the street
will be private the dedication language on the subdivision plat will be altered
to describe a "private access road and utility easement" rather than a "public
street".
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accor-
dance with City Ordinance 113-87.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
