HomeMy WebLinkAboutREPLAT OF LOT 1, SOUTHMOOR VILLAGE EAST, SECOND FILING - MINOR SUBDIVISION - 105-88 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONMINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING A REPLAT OF LOT 1, SOUTHMOOR VILLAGE EAST, SECOND FILING PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT #105-88 WHEREAS, the applicant, Mr. Dale Terrcl, Tcrrel Custom Homes, Inc., has duly followed the City procedure Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Scction 29-644 (g) o: the City Code and has submitted his application for Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: A parcel of land known as Lot 1, Southmoor Village East, Second Filing located in the southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth, P.M., Fort Collins, Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-644 (g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, posting of a sign on the property, and publication of a legal notification in a daily newspaper of daily circulation; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Tuesday, January 24, 1989, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room, for establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The minor subdivision now known as The Rcpint of Lot 1, Southmoor Village East, Second Filing be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City of Fort Collins for streets and utilities. B. The lots in this subdivision front on a dedicated right-of-way. C. The lots are in conformance with and meet the requirements of the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential Zone District. /2 eq DATE
