Collins -Loveland Water District 4700 S. College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80525 Dear Mike, • I have received your letter of December 19, 1988, requesting annexation of the Fort Collins -Loveland Water District's pump station property located west of Overland Trail. Enclosed is a receipt for the $60.00 application and filing fee. Staff will prepare the required annexation plat based on the legal description you submitted. In order to finish the application process an Annexation Petition needs to be completed. I have enclosed a Petition for Annexation and have taken the liberty of filling in some of the blanks. I have entitled the annexation the "Fort Collins -Loveland Water District Pump Station Annexation" and have requested that the property be placed into the City's R-F, Foothills Residential Zoning District. The R-F zone is designed for properties located near the foothills and allows utility installations and facilities as uses -by -right. If the district would ever want to do any modifications or expansions to the pump station they will have no problems from a land use/zoning perspective. The following still are needed to complete the Petition for Annexation: 1. You should sign page 2 (Circulator's Signature) and have your signature notarized. 2. You, or the Chairman of the District Board, should sign page 3 (Owner's Signature). 3. The District's Attorney should sign page 4 under Attorney Certification. The attorney is certifying that the property owner does in fact own the property which is being requested for annexation. The request for annexation will be heard by the City Planning and Zoning Board at their meeting on Monday January 23, 1989. The City Council will conduct ordinance readings in February and March. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Kenneth -G. Waido Chief Planner 300 LaPorte Avenue • P.O.
