Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, February 4, 1993, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning
Department Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue*, the Director
of Planning will hold an Administrative Review Hearing to consider
a minor subdivision in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Collindale Business Park Second Minor
Subdivision, Case #2-89A and is located west of Timberline Road,
south of East Horsetooth Road, at the intersection of Lowe Street
and Automation Way. This request consists of creating three lots,
all in excess of 44,000 square feet. This property is zoned I-P,
Industrial Park.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644(g) of the City Code, as a Minor
Subdivision.
The list of property owners being notified for this hearing was
derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's
Office. Due to the lag time in recording property sales, or due to
rental situations, all interested parties may not have received
this notice. Therefore, please feel free to notify your neighbors
of this hearing so all may have the opportunity to attend.
