MINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE RULING
COLLINDALE BUSINESS PARK SUBDIVISION
PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #2-89
WHEREAS, the applicant, K. Bill Tiley, has duly followed the City proce-
dure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code
and have submitted their application for Minor Subdivision of the following
described property, to wit:
A parcel of land located in the east 1/2 of Section 31, Township 7
North, Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application
request in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of
property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, and posting the
required sign on the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Director held a public hearing on Tuesday, Febru-
ary 14, 1989, and Thursday February 16, 1989 at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning
Conference Room, New City Hall, for the purpose of reviewing the minor subdi-
vision application.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING
DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT:
The Minor Subdivision now known, as Collindale Business Park Subdivision,
#2-89 be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Planning Director does
find the following facts to be true:
A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City for
streets and utilities.
B. The lots in this subdivision front on a dedicated right-of-way.
C. The lots are consistent with, and meet the requirements of the I-P,
Zoning District (Planned Industrial).
