Dear Property Owner:
On Tuesday, February 14, 1989, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold a
public hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision/I-P Site Plan Review, commonly
known as Collindale Business Park/CBW, Inc. Case Number #2-89.
The request consists of 41,898 square foot industrial building on 6.3 acres,
zoned I-P, Planned Industrial.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with City Ordinance 113-87.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the
opportunity to attend.
