RE: Fort Collins Industrial Tech Park Venture Annexation
Dear Gilbert,
The City Attorney's office informed me that the petitions you submitted
Tuesday did not contain the legal description for the portion of Summitview
Road needed to provide the 1/6 contiguity requirement. Enclosed, for your
consideration, are the proper descriptions for the correct legal.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we need the road con-
tiguity to make the annexation possible.
We have scheduled the City Council agenda for February 21 for the resolution
initiating annexation proceedings. We will need the revised petitions returned to
us by February 15. Enclosed, for your information, is a copy of the annexation
plat.
