order to continue providing thorough reviews and giving every project the attention it deserves, the City of Fort Collins is implementing temporary changes in how we serve our development
customers. As you may be aware, we are experiencing staff shortages in a number of key departments, which has begun to impact the timeliness of our reviews. We recognize that development
and construction play a critical role in our community’s vibrancy and economic recovery, and we have been exploring options for mitigating impacts to ourcustomers. As a result, we will
be making some temporary service changes.Beginning Monday May 10th one additional week of review time will be added to all 1st and 2nd round submittals (increase from 3 weeks to 4 weeks).Comment

findings on the modification request. Parking Issue resolved by adding 2 compact parking places, no modification needed.Comment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 08/12/202108/10/2021:
Parking would have to be improved with gravel, with a viable cross section design and edge containment. But this is a secondary consideration to the comment above.Inspected by Wes
Lamarque, 5 of the 6 spaces already have gravel. In order tomatch existing gravel, in the 6th space will have no barrier below, and not be retained as it meets the gravel alley. We will
use the same type of gravel that is currently in the alley.Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 08/12/202108/12/2021: One other thing that I don't recall discussing is the
floor area limit in the rear yard. That's 33% of the area of the rear half of the lot. It APPEARS to not be an issue. And like all other comments, secondary to #2.Floor area is 700
square feet (435 per level). Rear half of lot is 3,500 square feet. We are using 20% of rear half of lot.Department: Engineering Development ReviewContact: Sophie Buckingham, sbuckingham@fcgov.comTopic:

Also, the plan does not show how the new carriage house will be connected to the existing sewer service. The sewer service needs to be relocated out from under the garage and routed
around the new carriage house. Also, please show how the new carriage house will be connected to the existing sewer service.Upon inspection, Wes Lamarque approve our plan for using
a Y connection to tie into the sewer in the parking lot, and NOT relocate the sewer that is currently under the building.
The impervious area is listed on a table in the upper right hand of the site plan. It is 350 square feet.Department: Light And PowerContact: Austin Kreager, 9702246152, akreager@fcgov.comTopic:
