The proposed development proposes beet tailing removal, and over lot grading. The existing trees range from fair minus to dead. The tree species include Siberian Elm, Cottonwood, and Boxelder. There are 8 trees with various stems, and two groves with various trunks on site. There will be 4 trees with various stems and one dead tree remove. 3 trees and two groves will be protected. The trees removed are being removed to clear beet tailings and over lot grading operations to removal and mitigation requirements. Tree #2, Siberian Elm, Poor - dead The trees is within the beet tailings and will need to be removed once all tailings are removed. Tree #3, Boxelder, Fair - The tree is within the beet tailings and will need to be removed once all tailings are removed. Tree #4, Boxelder, Fair - The tree is within the beet tailings and will need to be removed once all tailings are removed. Tree #5, Siberian Elm, Fair - The tree is within the beet tailings and will need to be removed once all tailings are removed. Tree #9, Siberian Elm, Dead The tree is dead.
