I certify that it is my opinion that Lyal Nelson, a/k/a
Lyal M. Nelson, is the owner of the following described lands
situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to wit:
The S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 6 and that
portion of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 6
described as follows: Commencing at SE corner of
the NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of said Section 6; thence West
2087 feet to east line of right-of-way of Union
Pacific Railroad Company, thence northeasterly
along East line of said right-of-way to a point
which is 1962 feet West and 610 feet North of point
of beginning, thence southeasterly in a straight
line to East line of said Section 6 at a point 282
feet North of place of beginning, then South 282
feet to point of beginning; all in Township 6
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. (except right-
of-way of Union Pacific Railroad).
My opinion is based upon examination of abstracts of title,
and supplemental title information furnished to me in abstract -
type form by Transamerica Title Insurance Services.
