Comment Number: 16 Comment Originated: 10/02/2019 03/22/2021: FOR FINAL PLAN Please see redlines for additional comments. 09/29/2020: INFORMATION ONLY Please refer to redlines for additional comments. 10/02/2019: INFORMATION ONLY Please refer to redlines for additional comments. Comment Number: 18 Comment Originated: 09/29/2020 03/22/2021: FOR FINAL 2 The transformers should be located outside of the proposed utility easement along Mars Dr. Please work with Luke from Light and Power on the best location for those. 09/29/2020: FOR HEARING The proposed transformers will need to be moved outside of the Mars Dr. ROW. Also, while it is typically allowed, it would be preferred that the bike racks located in the Mars Dr. utility easement be located outside of the easement. Comment Number: 19 Comment Originated: 09/29/2020 03/22/2021: FOR HEARING Repeat comment. 09/29/2020: FOR HEARING We will need letters of intent for all offsite easements necessary for the development of this site. There appear to be a sanitary sewer easement, temporary grading easement, drainage easement as well as others that will needed that are off-site. See redlines. Comment Number: 21 Comment Originated: 03/22/2021 03/22/2021: FOR FINAL Please revise and resubmit the variance request regarding the intersection offset maximum for Skyway Dr. I believe the offset distance has increased since the original request was submitted. Comment Number: 22 Comment Originated: 03/22/2021 03/22/2021: FOR HEARING Given the height of the retaining wall and proximity to the adjacent property to the south, I'm not confident that the wall can be constructed without easements from the adjacent property owner. Also, I'm not sure that a stacked block wall that tall will be allowed without terracing. Comment Number: 23 Comment Originated: 03/22/2021 03/22/2021: FOR HEARING All existing and proposed easements need to be shown and labeled on all plans. Comment Number: 24 Comment Originated: 03/22/2021 03/22/2021: FOR HEARING The proposed sanitary sewer line on-site looks like it is only a couple of feet from the edge of the easement and is nearly 15 feet deep or so. Is this allowed by the sewer district? Comment Number: 26 Comment Originated: 03/22/2021 03/22/2021: FOR FINAL Your proposed crosspans along Mars Dr. should be 8 feet wide. They are indicating that no changes are needed along College (their jurisdiction) and that an access permit for change in use will be needed at Skyway. That can be completed at final. 3 Comment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 03/22/2021 03/22/2021: BY FINAL PLAN - UPDATED: Thank you for updating the Utility Plans for the striping on Mars, and at Skyway and College. Over half of the west side is not within 30 feet of the fire lane. 09/28/2020: FOR HEARING: AERIAL APPARATUS ACCESS - Due to roof articulations and setbacks from the building façade, it remains unclear if the accessible roof has met the requirement for being positioned within 30 feet of the fire lane. At least 50 percent of the roof needs to be within 30 feet of the fire lane. Please provide additional roof details, including parapet setbacks. Thank you. The erosion control requirements are located in the Stormwater Design Criteria in Chapter 2 Section 6.0 a copy of the requirements can be found at www.fcgov.com/erosion Please check the erosion control plans with the updated criteria. This project seems to be designed for erosion control under the old criteria as highlighted by the lack of updated erosion control standard notes, sequence chart or summary table. The full list of erosion control materials requirements can be found in Chapter 2 section 6. Please note on the off-site construction plans how all disturbed areas will be permanently re-vegetated. Based on the area of disturbance, State permits for stormwater discharge will be required since the site is over an acre and should be obtained prior to commencing any construction activities on or off the site. The proximity of the construction site to existing wetlands should be taken into account during the design of Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) measures. Please ensure that no sediment reaches the wetlands due to site construction activities and provide all appropriate temporary ESC measures that would accomplish that requirement. 09/24/2019: The site disturbs more than 10,000 sq. ft. and/or meets the criteria for a need for Erosion and Sediment Control Materials to be submitted.
