Dear Mr. Sheppard:
The Utility Plan submitted herewith contains a Grading and
Drainage Plan which differs from that submitted with the drainage
report. This discrepancy came about because of the City's
request, after the drainage report was submitted, to close the NE
access to the site.
The drainage report will be corrected for the next submittal
(scheduled for May 3, 1989), at which time all drawings will
concur.
