HomeMy WebLinkAboutDIAMOND SHAMROCK CORNER STORE #1100 PUD - PRELIMINARY - 14-89 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGDeveloWnt Services 40 Planning Department January 25, 1989 Dear Resident: On Monday, February 6, 1989, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Westminster Presbyterian Church*, 1709 West Elizabeth Street, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as Diamond Shamrock. The proposed development is a Diamond Shamrock gasoline sales facility with a 1,600 square foot sales building for convenience items and a one bay, automotive carwash. The proposal is located on the south side of West Elizabeth Street, between Taco Bell and Chesterfield, Bottomsley and Potts Restaurants. The purpose of the February 6 meeting is to present the proposed development plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive com- ments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The staff would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may be sent. The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meet- ing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because or rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neigh- bors may have the opportunity to attend.
