Per the previous comment, the vacation will need to be processed through Engineering. The alignment dedications will be processed by City Real Estate Services, with the assistance of John Von Nieda. Easement and Alignment dedications will be forwarded to planning once they have been recorded in theCity Clerk’s Office.04/27/2021: FOR FINAL APPROVALThere is an easement that is proposed to be vacated. The owner/grantee of the easement needs to initiate the vacation with a formal request. We will need a TDRF application and the vacation fee of $400 paid to the City. If the vacation is approved by all affected City departments and outside agencies, the vacation can be finalized. The vacation requires a resolution to be recorded with the survey legal description and exhibit. As of January 1st, 2021, these fees will be collected on all projects for such inspections. The Erosion Control fees are based on; the number of lots, the total site disturbance, the estimated number of years the project will be active and the Stormwater Inspection Fees are based on the number of LID/WQ Features that are designed for on this project. Based on the proposed site construction associated with this project we are assuming 1lot, 3.27 acres of disturbance, 1 year from demo through build out of construction and an additional 2 years till full vegetative stabilization due to seeding. Which results in an Erosion Control Fee estimate of $1,172.09 . Based on two bioretention/rain gardens, the estimate of the Stormwater LID/WQ Inspection fee is $630 Please note that as the plans and any subsequent review modifications of the abovementioned values change the fees may need to be modified. I have provided a copy of the spreadsheet used to arrive at these estimates for your review. All Erosion and Sediment Control comments were addressed through the Major Amendment submittal.Department: Stormwater EngineeringContact: Wes Lamarque, 970416-2418, wlamarque@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 5 Comment Originated: 04/23/202106/01/2021: FOR APPROVAL UPDATED:Please use the above grade forebay detail that Northern Engineering has used on other projects.Addressed and detail is included in the updated Utility Plan Set.04/23/2021: FOR APPROVAL:The forebay should be designed with better maintenance options. The City suggests a small concrete forebay. This needs to include a flat bottom for easy maintenance and a slot to release low flows and prevent standing water.Department: WaterWastewater EngineeringContact: Wes Lamarque, 9704162418, wlamarque@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 06/01/202106/01/2021: FOR APPROVAL:Please add all applicable water/sewer details to the Utility Plan Set.Addressed with new sheet D3 in the Utility Plan SetDepartment: ForestryContact: Nils Saha, nsaha@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 06/01/202106/01/2021: FOR APPROVALIt appears that the hydrozone map has not been updated.
