RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends adoption of the Resolution.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant and owner, the City of Fort Collins, is requesting annexation
of approximately 5.48 acres located west of Overland Trail and south of
Mulberry Street (extended).
The proposed Resolution makes a finding that the annexation substantially

the Fort Collins Urban Growth Area, the City will annex property in the UGA
when the property is eligible for annexation according to state law. The
property gains the required 1/6 contiguity to existing city limits from a
common boundary with the Brown's Annexation, the First Locust Grove
Annexation, the Overland Trail Annexation, and the Noel Annexation, located
to the southeast.
Planning and Zoning Board Recommendation:
The Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing on the request
for annexation and zoning at its regular monthly meeting on March 27, 1989,
