Mary, Lake Canal provided the comments below to the City today. We will be looking for the plans for the additional
items impacting the ditch and the ditch easement so we can get started on the approval process and drafting of the
necessary agreements for these crossings.

Brandy, Lake Canal has agreed to accept the historical discharge from the property pursuant to the terms and conditions
set forth in the agreement with FR Holdings dated May 9, 2019.
The plans indicate there are other items impacting the ditch such as the extension of the box culvert, the fiber
optic vault located within the ditch easement, the possible relocation of ELCO's waterline and the future installation of
the storm sewer line. Each of these ditch crossings, as well as any other items impacting the ditch or ditch easement,
will require a written agreement to be completed prior to work taking place. Mary Wohnrade is currently working to
provide additional information on these items so they can be addressed.
