ALL CONSTRUCTION WITH THIS DEVELOPMENT PLAN MUST BE COMPLETED IN ONE PHASE UNLESS A PHASING PLAN IS SHOWN WITH THESE PLANS. 6. ALL SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED HOMES SHALL MEET OR EXCEED THE GARAGE DOOR STANDARDS AS OUTLINED IN 3.5.2(E) OF THE LAND USE CODE OR APPROVED MULBERRY & GREENFIELDS - PUD MASTER PLAN, AS APPLICABLE. 7. SIGNAGE AND ADDRESSING ARE NOT PERMITTED WITH THIS PLANNING DOCUMENT AND MUST BE APPROVED BY SEPARATE CITY PERMIT PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
