Please find enclosed an "abbreviated" application for the Final Compliance Plan for The
Townhomes at Stetson Creek, as we discussed yesterday. We have included the specified
prints of the site plan, landscape plan, elevations, and the plat, in addition to the necessary
supporting materials.
As you recall there was a change in policy at the time of submittal of the Project Development
Plans which kept us from submitting a Combined PDP and Final. However, the application fees
for both the PDP and Final Compliance Plans were paid on June 15th (see attached copy of
PDP application). Therefore, no fees are due with this submittal of the Final Plan.
Also, recognizing that the PDP was approved with no significant changes required to the plan,
Eric Bracke determined that an update of the Transportation Impact Analysis is not required.
Please distribute this to the reviewing departments as appropriate as soon as possible. We look
forward to your favorable and timely review. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions
or for additional materials and information.
