On Thursday, January 28, 1999, beginning at 6:30pm, 281 North College Avenue*
the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for the
Stetson Creek, 51" Filing, Project Development Plan.
The request is for 102 townhome dwelling units on 13.4 acres located at the northeast
corner of Timberline Road and Stetson Creek Drive, South of East Harmony Road.
The net residential density of this project would be 9 dwelling units per acre. The
Timber Creek PUD is adjacent to the north, the Stetson Creek PUD, First Filing is
adjacent to the south and the undeveloped Stetson Creek PUD, Fourth Filing is
adjacent to the east. The property is in the LMN — Low Density Mixed Use
Neighborhood Zoning District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
