Attached are five sets of prints of the Stetson Creek First Filing, PUD Site and
Landscape Plans, reflecting revisions made in response to Staff Comments. Additional
information regarding responses to specific comments follows:
2. Access to the utility easements on the lots adjacent to Tracts A, B, C, and E will be
no more restricted by allowed fencing than on any other corner lots in single family
developments in Fort Collins.
8. A complete soils report was submitted some time ago. If additional copies are needed,
please let us know.
9. The temporary fire lane ties to Timberline Road 300'± south of Stetson Creek Drive.
No offsite easement is required.
Color renderings, 8 Yz x 11 reductions, and ten sets of prints will be provided by
January 18th as requested.
