Attached are five sets of prints of the Rock Creek PUD ODP and Preliminary Site and
Landscape Plans, reflecting additional revisions made in response to Staff Comments.
The ODP has been amended to indicate 10.4 acres± of duplex or patio home
development, as per a meeting last week with the applicants and Tom Peterson. The
Preliminary PUD site and landscape plan for The Hillside at Rock Creek has been revised
accordingly to delete the future development area at the corner of Timberline Road and Rock
Creek Circle North. No further revisions to The Brookside at Rock Creek Preliminary PUD are
needed to be consistent with the revised ODP.
Color renderings, 8 Y2 x 11 reductions, and ten sets of prints will be provided by
October 18th and signed ODP documents will be submitted by October 21 st, as requested.
