HomeMy WebLinkAboutSTROMBERGER REZONING - 16-89A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGI Services Planning Department February 21, 1989 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, March 8, 1989, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the conference room at Platte River Power Authority, Timberline and Horsetooth Roads*, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as G.T. Lands - Rezoning and Master Plan. The proposed development consists of an industrial business park on 151 acres, located south of Harmony Road, east of Timberline Road. The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed development plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The staff would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may be sent. The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meet- ing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because or rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neigh- bors may have the opportunity to attend.
