Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, April 24, 1989*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City
Hall, will hold a public hearing on proposed developments in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Stromberger
Master Plan, Case Number 16-89 and Stromberger Zoning Case Number 16-89A.
The master plan consists of a request for a mixed -use development on 151.1
acres, including 300 dwelling units and 1,290,000 square feet of
industrial/business uses, located at the southeast corner of Harmony and
Timberline roads. The zoning is a request to zone 151.1 acres from
T-Transition to I-P, Industrial Park.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet
of the project based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have

items will be continued to Thursday evening, April 27 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, New City Hall.
