I (We), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully petition and , request that • the

that development on the site be done as a planned unit development
in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.

DESCRIPTION OF STROMBERGER PROPERTY
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 5,
Township 6 North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Considering the North line of the Northwest Quarter of said Sec-
tion 5 as bearing, South 89°22'37" East from a Number 4 rebar at
the Northwest Corner of said Section 5 to a 3/4" iron pipe at the
North Quarter Corner of said Section 5 and with all bearings con-
tained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Section 5; thence
along the west line of said Northwest Quarter, South 0° 09'20"
East, 170.00 feet to the southerly right-of-way of Colorado State
Highway No. 68 (Harmony Road), said point being the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence along said southerly right-of-way the following
3 courses and distances; South 89° 22'37" East, 30.00 feet;
thence, North 45°14'38" East, 70.20 feet; thence, South 89022'37"
East, 2570.48 feet to a point on the East line of said Northwest
Quarter of Section 5; thence along said East line South 0046'37"
East, 2464.09 feet to the Southeast corner of said Northwest
Quarter; thence along the south line of the said Northwest
Quarter, North 89°44'30" West, 2677.01 feet to the Southwest cor-
ner of said Northwest Quarter; thence along the west line of said
Northwest Quarter, North 0°09'20" West, 2430.65 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
The above described tract of land contains 151.102 acres and is
subject to a County Road right-of-way along the west line of said
tract of land, also is subject to all easements and rights -of -way
now on record.
