The request for an administrative change to Willow Grove at Cunningham Corner
P.U.D. has been approved subject to the completion of the following conditions: 04

3. Revised architectural elevations must be submitted.
4. The revised site plan should show the
distances of the
new buildings to the
property line.
5. Since the open space has been reduced
by 5.5%, and since the revision is to
have three buildings along Shields instead
of two, the
landscape screening
along Shields should be increased.
6. The revised utility plans must be reviewed
and approved
by the City of Fort
Collins and all affected outside utility
providers.
