PLAINNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #20-89 WHEREAS, the applicant, William D. Bartran, has duly followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code and has submitted his application fro a Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: A parcel of land known as Lots 36 & 37 of the Collindale First Tee Subdivision P.U.D., located in the south half of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 68 Nest of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-644 (g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, posting of a sign on the property, and publication of a legal notification in a daily newspaper of general circulation; WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing Thursday, April 6, 1989, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room, for establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The minor subdivision, now known as the Amended Plat of Lots 36 & 37, Collindale First Tee, P.U.D., be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City of Fort Collins for streets and utilities. B. The lots in this Amended Plat front on a dedicated right-of-way. C.
