As owners of the Market Place Shopping Center in Fort Collins, we are very
concerned with the proposed preliminary/final site plan of the Troutman Office Park.
Our concerns include, but are not limited to, lack of adequate parking,
ingress, egress, traffic flows, visibility/sightlines, maintenance, dangerous and
hazardous conditions associated with the proposed development.
Due to our having received the plans for this project less than a week ago,
we have not had sufficient or reasonable opportunity to review all pertinent
information to the project. Due to these issues, Francis Carrington strongly urges
the City of Fort Collins Planning Department to withhold any preliminary/final
approval on this project until the above matters are resolved.
