How often will trash and recycling be picked up? Trash and recycling will be picked up once a week. Based on the typical usage by the Zengolds store currently located in Fort Collins there will be one normal sized (96 gallon) trash receptacle for trash and one for recycling materials. 2. Where are the carts stored? The trash and recycle receptacles will be stored inside the building in a designated trash storage room i n the east side of the building in the area referred to on the site plan as Units 4 and 5. The trash storage room will be proximate to the roll-up door to allow easy access in and out of the building for the receptacles. 3. Who will wheel the carts out? The tenant in the building will be Zengolds and Zengolds employees will take care of rolling the receptacles out of the trash storage room to the area (Mason Street on the west side of the building) where the trash service company will pick up the trash and recycling. 4. Where is your staging area? And what is the route of travel to get the carts to and from this staging area? How are you accounting for the grade change? The trash and recycle receptacles will be stored in the building in the designated area for the receptacles inside the building in what is now referred to as Units 4 and 5 in a location that provides easy access to the roll up door at the east end of the building. The receptacles will be stored inside the building and on the night before trash pick- up day, the receptacles will be rolled out to Mason Street for the trash service provider to empty on trash day. Following pick-up by the trash service provider, the receptacles will be returned to the trash storage area within the building. The receptacles can be easily rolled out through the roll up door and then along the walkway in front (south side) of the building where the walkway proceeds westerly to the west side of the building where it is level with the driveway/parking area and from there the receptacles will be rolled to the street for pick-up by the trash service provider. No cannabis waste will be disposed of in these bins, only normal trash and recycling. 5. How are you ensuring the service provider has convenient access to the carts? The current indication from the trash service provider is that Zengolds (the tenant/customer) can roll the carts out to the street by 7:00 am on trash day. The receptacles would only be placed outside as of 7:00 am on trash pick-up day and then the receptacles will be returned to the trash storage area inside the building immediately after the trash and recycle are picked up. The anticipated provider is Ram Waste and they have told Zengolds that placing the bins out at the street either the night prior to pick-up or in the morning of trash day before 7am would work perfectly for them and be VERY easy. They explained it would be just like a residential pickup in that sense.
