RE: Fairway Multi-Family Project– Intent to Serve
Dear Mr. Tufte:
The Fort Collins-Loveland Water District and South Fort Collins Sanitation District have
reviewed our service maps in relation to the above project site and can provide the following
confirmation of our ability to serve the property.
The proposed lots are currently within the service area boundary of, the Fort Collins-Loveland
Water District. The District has 6-inch or 8-inch water lines on the north, west, and south sides of
the proposed development along with a 14-inch line in College Avenue. It is the District’s intent
to serve potable water for the entire project area.
The proposed project area is currently within the service area boundary of the South Fort Collins
Sanitation District. There is an 8-inch sanitary sewer line along much of the western boundary of
your proposed development as well as 8-inch lines along the east and south boundaries. The
District intends to provide gravity wastewater collection service for the proposed project.
