The proposed project is commonly known as Firestone at the Market Place P.U.D., Preliminary and Final, Case Number 21-891.G The applicants are requesting a 6,648 square foot automotive service and retail business on .8 acres, zoned H-B, Highway Business, located on the east side of College at Troutman Avenue. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
