RE: Burger King at Market Place Final P.U.D.
The Lily Ponds at Stonehenge Final P.U.D.
Dear Ed:
This letter is serve as a reminder that the Planning Department has not yet
received final mylars and site and landscape covenants for the two above refer-
enced projects that were granted final P.U.D. approval by the Planning and Zoning
Board on July 24, 1989. As you know, without these documents, any application
for building permit will not be reviewed.
It is our hope that these projects will progress to the building permit stage and
eventually to the construction phase. Please let our office know if there is
anything we can do to facilitate the recording of these final documents.
