Mr. Gene Yergensen

Colorado Springs, CO. 80903
Dear Gene:
•
The request for a pet supplies retail store and small animal veterinary service
in the Market Place P.U.D. is allowed under the restrictions of the Planned Unit
Development as adopted by the Planning and Zoning Board on June 26, 1989. How-
ever, under Section 29-474 of the Zoning Code, small animal veterinary clinics
must abide by the performance standards relating to soundproofing, odor, and
length of stay. These standards are enclosed for your information.
The changing of the building envelope to accommodate the above use must be sub-
mitted as an "administrative change to the P.U.D." as described on pages 43 and
44 of the Land Development Guidance System. The cost for this review process is
$5.00. Please submit three redline prints showing both the building envelope
change and also the landscape changes. An application is enclosed. Please fill
out both sides and sign the back. If there are any questions, please call our
office at 221-6750.
Sincerely:
Ted Shepard,
Project Planner
